AM: on freshly cleansed skin apply one to two pumps of Bio Retinoid™ Anti-Ageing Cream and massage over face and neck working in upwards and outwards motions until fully absorbed.

PM: warm 5 drops of Bio Retinoid™ Anti-Wrinkle Concentrate Oil in the palm of your hand and apply to by gently patting over a freshly cleansed face, neck and décolleté. Follow with Bio Retinoid™ Anti-Ageing Cream. Natural sediments may appear, so please shake well before use.
