F[REN]D Rewards is open to all renskincare.co.uk customers.

Radiant
Members who join are automatically enrolled in the Radiant tier, and there is no minimum spend requirement for this tier.
Radiant Plus
To unlock the ‘Radiant Plus’ tier, you will need to spend £100 within 12 months of becoming ‘Radiant.’ Your tier status will remain on your account for 12 months from the day you reach your tier status.
Radiant Deluxe
To unlock the ‘Radiant Deluxe’ tier, you will need to spend £300 within 12 months of becoming ‘Radiant Plus.’ Your tier status will remain on your account for 12 months from the day you reach your tier status.
If you do not meet the required spending threshold for your tier within a 12-month period, you will be downgraded to a lower tier based on your total spending during that time. You can always move back up by reaching the spending threshold again. -
Members earn 1 point for every £1 spent on eligible purchases on renskincare.co.uk, including taxes and delivery charges.
When shopping online at renskincare.co.uk, members must be logged in to their F[REN]D Rewards Account at the time of purchase to receive points.
You can also collect points for posting a product review, following us on Instagram, referring a friend, and more.

You can redeem your points by visiting your Rewards Page and clicking the 'Redeem' button to redeem your chosen reward voucher.
A minimum of 50 points is needed to begin redemption.
Your order must meet a £35 minimum spend after the reward voucher is applied. Only one reward voucher can be used per order. -
Unredeemed F[REN]D Reward Points will expire 12 months after the date they are earned.
If F[REN]D Rewards (or any part of it) is terminated, or if a customer’s account is cancelled for any reason, any unredeemed F[REN]D Reward Points may be forfeited at our sole discretion. -

Check that your order total meets the £35 minimum spend (excluding taxes and shipping charges) after the reward voucher has been applied at checkout.

Unused F[REN]D Reward Vouchers expire 12 months after the date they are redeemed.

Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total pound amount spent after the reward voucher was applied. The points you used to redeem the reward voucher will also be added back to your rewards account.

All points from your ‘Clean Rewards’ account have been carried over to your F[REN]D Rewards account so you can start enjoying your exclusive benefits! -
Check that your cart has at least one paid product to redeem. You can only redeem one free exclusive gift per purchase.
